"The staff were very friendly, but were unable to answer basic questions. The food was generally poor, and the pool grill food options were frequently sold out/not available. Coffee was provided in room, but there was no coffee maker. The gym was broken and not useable"

"Landed early and I wasnt able to check in until 3 so I was outside for 3 hours. When I checked in the room was clean it was over powering with bleach. I wasnt a fan of the bathroom . Also the flights up the steps for the roof top is a bit much gota invest in an elevator its also not safe if u are wet. But the staff was great and sweet. Marlon look care of me when I hurt my foot. The front desk were very helpful they hold ur luggage if need be. Bartender Ojay who is no longer there was amazing. Breakfast was ok . I def liked the service . And in great lactation. WiFi was weak though. Airport shuttle Is $25 buy can get cheaper with uber or tours."

"Our group of ten had a wonderful time! This property has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The staff is wonderful and there for all your needs! We stopped at the grocery store on our way to the house and stocked up on beverages and snack for our time there. The chef treated us to amazing breakfasts and dinners each day while we explored several different beaches during the afternoons. The only discrepancy in the listing is that there really is nothing within walking distance of this house. It was never a problem since we had a driver but we had to be a bit more organized in our movements. I would also plan on a lotting for than the suggested 15% tip . The staff is worth more!"

"Property building was undergoing repairs however this wasn’t communicated to me. No smoke detector or carbon monoxide monitor in apartment. Fans & AC were filthy, hadn’t been cleaned or serviced in long while. Cobwebs in corners that were easy to reach but not cleaned. Not to mention the front windows covered in dirt. Some of furniture was dusty. I had to call Property Manager/Liaison to get place cleaned which took a couple of hours to be done. Towel laundering not the best as I found a hair in bath towel. Shower needs a good scouring. Balcony door needs a proper lock. I didn’t use the kitchen appliances. All of these are fixable. I was disappointed in the apt but the overall property complex seems nice. Security guards & Nia were good. I’m waiting to see if I’ll get a refund for the inconvenience. "

"This was our second stay at the property and it was just as great as the first time. My husband and I love this property as it’s like a home away from home. It’s spacious, clean, quiet and I adore the enclosed patio. It’s in a good location w/ stores and a wonderful restaurant nearby. Patricia is an amazing and attentive host! Our driver Lee was exceptional, dependable, & priced us fairly for all of our travel needs, (876) 438-4120. We highly recommend this unit and would 100% stay again! "

"The room and bathroom were very clean. I wish there were more lights, especially in the bathroom, and there was an electrical outlet in the bathroom. The proximity to Dr’s Cave beach and restaurants are not very close. It cost me an additional 130US to get back and forth for the 3 nights stay. I prefer the beach to the pool which I did not use, so that was disappointing. If you’re looking for a clean quiet space to relax by a pool for a few days it’s ideal. "

"This is indeed a truly beautiful, well appointed house. The pool is lovely and the view is serene. All four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the master bedroom exceptionally so. What truly sets this property apart from any we have previously experienced, however, is the people. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Fabian, Sheryle and Chef Damian we were put immediately at ease. Their kindness and hospitality were so genuine it turned Villa Zen Zen from a house into a home. Fabian's hospitality is impeccable and Chef Damian's cooking is absolutely next level amazing. To top it all off Julie was incredibly helpful and friendly, perpetually available to answer questions and book our transportation and excursions. We rarely ever return to the same place twice, just because there is so much left out there to do and see, but we are already seriously discussing a return to Villa Zen Zen. I would give this team ten stars if I could. "

"Washer and dryer were listed in the included amenities but were not available at the apartment. Secure, quiet property located in a resort area. All and all, I have no complaints."
