"Our room (434) must be directly next to the water lines for the building. There was a sound of running water 24/7 and was very difficult to sleep through. Separately, this hotel has awful wifi. When we asked the front desk about the wifi password, she said it was public and there was no secure network, and spoke to us rudely and with a serious attitude, as if we were asking an outlandish question. I would not have booked a hotel without a reliable and secure wifi network, as I had work to do on...

"This is an excellent hotel in the Finger Lakes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really liked the indoor atrium and pool, which was a different look. The one thing I didn’t like were the barn doors on the bathroom. I hate this trend as it makes things very uncomfortable with respect to bathroom privacy (no locks and gaps in the door). Otherwise, I highly recommend this property."

Unfortunately, the parking garage next to the hotel is under construction so we had to unload and then park a few blocks away. This was time consuming, though the hotel did its best to alleviate the problem. Overall it was s very good stay."
