Great staff, very clean room with lots of room for suitcases, plenty of lighting. Very good breakfast options and spacious eating area. Nice laundry room. The bed and pillows were very nice. I would stay here again

We always stay here when we are in the Finger Lakes. We've always had a clean and spacious room, and the staff has always been helpful and courteous. The Microtel, in our opinion, provides better service and cleaner rooms that the more expensive chain hotels in the region. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and, even when busy, has plenty of space to enjoy a quick bite or a leisurely start to the day. Overall, the best value and experience in the Finger Lakes!

Room was not clean. Few of the pillowcases had not been changed & were stained. Nightstands not wiped down. Tv remote and information sheet both had something all over them. Maybe vacuumed after last person?? Disappointing! Breakfast was good and constantly monitored and refilled by staff.

A very clean and well-located hotel in Geneva NY not far from the lake, downtown and college campuses. We were very happy with the service and condition of the hotel. The only negative things we could mention would be the amenities - no coffee maker in room and no eggs at breakfast. Otherwise the breakfast provided was fine. In summary - the hotel excelled at the things that mattered most to us.

Be sure to call and double check the type of room that you are reserving. We reserved a “Double Room Queen” we got a single ADA room with a single queen bed. The room was perfectly setup for a person in a wheelchair chair, but not convenient for two people who don’t need to use a wheelchair, and there was nothing “double” about it. No two, suite-like rooms, no two queen beds.

The convenient location was good. Our room felt damp, the carpet felt wet. We had an issue with the water that was addressed immediately. The staff was very nice and professional. It was clean other than the walls by the door and in the bathroom. It looked like someone had thrown coffee on the walls. Bathroom and bedding were clean.
