Staff was very helpful with quick and easy check-in. Room was clean. The surrounding area is safe and close to shopping. Breakfast is average. Bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, and waffle. Good place to stay if visiting Hobart & William Smith

Good restaurant for families to stay overnight while traveling in that locality. Not far from Ithaca so no need to pay high price if you want to visit state parks near Ithaca. Close to good restaurants and lakeshore.

Just booked for one night as a bit of a road trip. Location was pretty central and we ate at the Chinese Buffet almost next door, was very good! We were originally put in a room on the second floor with no lift but as we had luggage we asked for a ground floor and were told this was possible, so very helpful staff. We didn’t walk to the lake but I believe it was about 45 minutes walk away. Good clean hotel and we slept well. Reasonable selection for breakfast as well. Plenty of free parking.

We stayed here for the Musselman 1/2 Ironman. The hotel is very convenient to the race, Wegman's and the Lake Welcome Center. The room was small but well-appointed. Bed was comfortable. Thank you for a nice stay!

The room was clean and quiet which are the most important things. Surprised there wasn't an elevator, not that I needed it. Also, while this place still has in-room coffee (thank god) all they had was decaf, which made it useless. But all in all a decent stay.

This hotel was even better than we expected. It was challenging finding a decently priced hotel in the finger lakes area. This hotel was reasonably priced, clean and centrally located. The town of Geneva is beautiful with lots of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was minimal but coffee was good. Only downside is the lobby was quite small. Would definitely stay there again.

It was an Ok hotel. Gym is three big machines: bike, treadmill, and elliptical. Minimal space between them. Breakfast is good for a quick breakfast such as yogurt, bananas, cereal. Does have a waffle machine. Looks like they are trying to update. Staff, when we saw them, were nice. Room was clean. It is two floors with no elevators. It serve our purposes
