"Loved this hotel for the price, decor and access to downtown Iticha. The The tv was also very nice and had access to all of the apps with a good sound system. The live jazz on Wednesday is also a plus. Another nice thing is the coffee maker. All in all this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. "

It had a beautiful view of the lake and truly felt like a perfect getaway spot. The house was very well cared for and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity you could need, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free. You can really tell how much care goes into maintaining the property. It fit every need we had and more.I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the lake. We would absolutely come back again!"

"I was dropping my son off for college and the house was perfect. Very close to Cornell and downtown Ithaca. Clean, comfortable, organized home with labels on kitchen cabinets, beautiful yard. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent communication with the owner for check-in. Owner had a lovely bowl of snacks on the kitchen counter. Owner also had a dog bed and dog bowls ready for my dog which was greatly appreciated. The home had a lot of character and the grounds were decorated with unique sculptured pieces. Great property for a family or someone with a dog."

"The house served our family reunion of 24 people easily. There are two kitchens on the main floor. The rooms are all large and the master bathrooms are clean and spacious . There is also a basement apartment which we occupied which had another kitchen. We had plates and utensils and everything that we needed for our night of grilling .The pool table was centrally located and there were lots of outdoor areas . We could sit on the porch , use the hot tub or just relax by the fire and watch the fireflies & stars. It was a perfect location so we could check out The farmers market and waterfalls. It sounded too good to be true for our family reunion, but it actually was everything and more! "
"The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to stay!"
