It is a motel, so it was very convenient because you park right outside your room. It was very clean. I think they allowed pets because when we checked in, they asked if we had one. I would stay here again.

We had a great experience here while visiting a college in town. The room was recently remodeled, it was immaculately clean and it was quiet. The staff was friendly and check in and check out were super quick. They also just (like a week ago!) added EV chargers on property! Really great experience and we will stay there again.

Returning customer having stayed here last July. It's still very new in great condition. Everything in the room worked. Simple. Functional. Clean. Bathroom shower worked well. Water heat control is good. Water pressure is the same low pressure as other more expensive motels or hotels. It's best for those with a car. Came to Ithaca last time by bus and used Uber, which can take a long time from Springwater Inn. Will be my first choice next time I visit Cornell.
