"Check in was extremely slow. Pool and hot tub out of commission for first two days of a four night stay. Advertised laundry facilities were non existent as new machines were in transit but nobody knew when they would get there. And as for housekeeping, the hotel requires guests to place the placard on the door prior to 10:00 am if housekeeping is required. We did this every morning yet never received housekeeping services. "The property is old, but renovated in the rooms and well maintained. Easy access to your vehicle from the room. Nice clean sheets and towels. Seems that there are many permanent residents that seem to sit and smoke on their doorstep. A bit off putting for non smokers."
