"The room was clean and well stocked. There was a knocking and tapping noise off and on during our time in the room. We could not tell if it was in the building or coming from outside on the building. It was annoying."

"We had a wonderful time in this spacious suite. Communication with our host was excellent and friendly and we appreciated the nice touch of a welcoming loaf of bread. The interior was spotless and very comfortable. Yes, the trains are very close but not frequent and did not bother us. Very convenient location near shops and restaurants and quirky Nelson neighbourhoods."

"We’ve stayed at this BW multiple times and it is always very good…our room this stay was smaller than most we have stayed in and the AC unit was loud unfortunately. We mentioned it upon check out and the staff apologized said they would have maintenance look at it right away. Will continue to book with this Hotel as it is in a great location and has an amazing restaurant."
