"What a fantastic place to stay. Really lovely room with modern bathroom and all the kitchen facilities you’d need. Super comfy bed and a very peaceful area. The owner is really welcoming and helpful. I stayed 2 days for a work trip but I’d love to go back and make more use of the facilities, maybe stay in one of the hot tub rooms, and see more of the area."

"What a property!! Everything about this property is fantastic! The decor, the cleanliness, the fixtures & fittings, the comfort of the furniture & beds, the crockery, etc etc is absolutely second to none! The location being right by the main street with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants is also fantastic and the access to a small, private outside space is also a bonus! I will without a doubt be booking this property again for my next visit to this part of the UK!"

"On arriving the property was very difficult to find and when l did find it my room was occupied by someone else. I was given the room next-door which was dark and unwelcoming. Neither the room or the surroundings were as advertised, photos were totally misleading. I was absolutely discussed by the level of cleanliness and left immediately finding myself having to find somewhere else to stay at 8.30 in the evening and £364 out of pocket. Will not be using Expedia ever again!!"

"We booked an accessible room because of disability, but there was no wet room and the shower was over the bath!! There were bars on the far side of the bath if one could get in first!! Staff were not only unhelpful but customer service was very poor. Apparently they were fully booked but they seemed not at all bothered by my complaint. I was very dissatisfied with the price also and was disappointed to see that Expedia had used my credit against the booking, I had not asked for this to be the...
