Spotlessly clean, super location and the parking space was a godsend with how busy Broadway is during New Year. Having stayed in the village for the past 15 years this was one of the best properties that I have stayed in.

The apartment was immaculate and really well appointed. It has everything you need for a short stay including coat hooks, which are so often missing in a hotel room! The apartment was ideally situated for the town with free parking. It has a noisy aircon/heating system which I tried and failed to turn off-otherwise perfect!

Ideal location!

Great location, clean, everything we needed. Pleased to have allocated car space. Had an issue with receiving the access codes, which i had to chase up. But, staff were very good and sorted problem straight away. Overall, excellent!. We would stay there again.

Wonderful stay, location in Broadway was excellent, right next to all the local eateries and shops. Parking was very easy to access and the free parking factor made all the difference to our stay and made our stay at ease. It seemed like we were one of the first to stay in the apartment, delightfully clean and modern. Only suggestions would be to have a tea towel and oven glove available in the kitchenette as we hadn’t planned on using the facilities but ended up doing so, we didn’t come prepared. Will definitely be returning on our next visit to the Cotswolds.

Great location with a someone on site during the day for any help. The weather was very hot but the apartment had 2 fans in it for us to use. The apartments are new so everything worked. The apartment was stylish & finished to a high standard. The kitchenette had everything you might need.

Located in a busy working section of town, these sparkling new apartments were ideal, except room was hot with no aircon in a heatwave windows opened only a small bit. At least there was a fan, but 32C indoors isn’t good for sleeping. That said, we had a fridge, microwave and stove with all we needed for meals vs spending 4x to eat at a pub. Parking was adequate and gated; access to everything was via codes provided in booking email.

Overall v good. One major downside was the heat. Obviously can’t control the weather, but there was no way to cool the room. Thermostat showed 31 degrees and it didn’t cool down all night. New building v nice etc but no air con and not even a fan in the room! Windows barely open, no doubt a safety feature, but again meant unable to cool a very hot room.

New modern accommodation. It’s fresh and clean and right in the centre of town. There are a few things that could do with being better, but that’s just our opinion. If clean modern fuss free is what your after the. This ticks the boxes. Things that could be an issue for some but we managed ok. But things that would probably stop us from rebooking. *parking spaces, small tight and tiny. *telling you to go round the back of the Swan pub for parking is not w tiry accurate, you still have a distance to go. The 2 extra spaces outside of the gated parking couldn’t be used as they were full of bins from the businesses. The shower, so tiny I kept banging my leg / k we on the water taps, no take down hose and head for rinsing off, only fixed above head one. Nowhere to put your contact lenses toothbrush etc on the sink area. Bathroom fan stays on ALL Night and whilst not hugely noisy did get very distracting. Hallway light shine through the gap in the door all night long, no way of switching g it off. We had the downstairs apartment and whilst it was great we didn’t have far to go, upstairs guests were really loud and sounded like fairy elephants. Anyone walking up the stairs sounded like they were heading into your room. Light switch for the kitchen area was quite far behind the door, would have made more sense to have it next to the bathroom switch as both doors next to each other. The bed……absolutely tiny, the next size up would have been much better.
