"Lovely historic hotel in an absolutely stunning coastal setting. Close to walks and the village of Port Isaac. You must like hills. The views are breathtaking. The hotel is part of an excellent local restaurant and a well-loved and cozy pub. We found the staff very friendly and helpful from start to finish. "A relaxing stay. Lovely team that felt like family. They couldn’t do enough for us. Kerry at reception was exceptional- very professional and knowledgeable. Jo was an absolute gem. The kitchen staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel made it especially great due to the amenities nearby in the plaza and fuel station. I highly recommend"

"Great Caravan however located poorly on the side of a hill so poor access and no parking beside accommodation.
Unfortunately very windly two days of stay.
Facilities poor due to on going maintenance.
Onsite Caravan Storm damage not addressed during visit.
Very hilly site at the front entrance where the accommodation was not good for disabled people.
However parking available by front entrance across from the Caravan.
This ment carrying luggage across the road and up a hill to Caravan.

"An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months"

"The Lodge was clean and presented well.
However lounge furniture especially chair needed cleaning on the arms.
Staff very helpful when i lost earring down the bathroom sink.
However one thing not done after being highlighted was road night lights not working.
We extended our stay as well."

"The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property.
The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience. I asked for 15 minutes to finish my breakfast since checkout time was not yet reached, but the staff insisted on taking...
