"20 of us - age 17 to 85. This house is full of surprises. So well appointed in the kitchen and with entertainment. Books, games, bikes, kayaks, etc. We had so much fun. The pool is really an XL hot tub, which worked well for us. The walk to the beach is totally manageable, the house includes beach wagons/carts. The owner and rental company is so responsive. Parking is plenty and also serves as great pickelball court! Worth the "

"First of all, we love South Bethany! Wonderful area to bring the extended family!We were a family of 11 …grandparents, 4 young adults and 5 grandchildren, ranging in ages from 6 to 12.We had lots of room to spread out…the house had 2 kid areas to watch TV, when dinner was getting ready or when they woke up early. All the amenities were available to us . The dining room became larger with a folding table because it is super important to us to sit down together for dinner. The kids brought bikes...
