"Pam and Ray’s condo was clean and well maintained - we had a great time! The location was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing, but still not far from the beach and hubbub the kids enjoy. The pool was a big hit too. Would definitely stay again!"

"The house is located steps from the beach and the host provides the beach toys, towels, and most of what you need. Our family enjoyed our stay and it’s perfect for kids too.When we ran into some issues the host took care of it right away. We will be back. "

"It’s a yearly tradition we have been doing for a very long time. We are growing in numbers so it was nice to find another condo to rent to take on our group. The condo is well kept and was cleaned when we arrived. I would say the master bedroom isn’t a king it’s a queen size bed. It was nice that sheets were provided otherwise that could have made things interesting but we would have made due. Towels are provided but not wash cloths, hand towels or kitchen towels so we made a quick run to the store. The kitchen had some cooking items but we also donated a spatula set as there wasn’t one to just make eggs. We made a list so we know what to bring for next year no biggie just always good to know ahead of time. The outdoor seating needed to be updated but we managed. Again beautiful view of the river just needed better seating. But overall it was just what we needed for a place at the beach. Already booked for next year and looking forward to it. It’s a wonderful place and just what you need to lay your head down at night after a fun day at the beach or pool. "

"Best Location in Bethany Beach! The private beach and location of the home was perfect. The beach was quiet and very clean with lifeguards. The house was beautiful and the owner provided plenty of beach chairs which was great! The only thing I would suggest is a deep clean of the home and add more plates, cooking utensils and mid-size frying pans to the kitchen. The house was very comfortable and the pickleball court next door was fun! I would not hesitate to rent this home again! The owner was a great host and available at any time. "

"Your home was so wonderful!!! We had such a great time. We had our grandchildren 4months-3 and 6--they totally loved it! The beds were extremely comfortable and we had such a great time using your kayaks and bikes! We had such a great time we didn't want to leave! "We have stayed at this condo association before and really loved it - I was apprehensive about booking this particular unit due to some mixed reviews regarding cleanliness but I would say that overall the place was clean, they give you plenty of soap/ shampoo- they have soap/ shampoo and conditioner on the walls on easy of the showers and then they also supplied little ones as well, they give you a kit with a sponge and dishwasher tabs and dish soap, which was thoughtful - they didn’t supply any other trash bags or paper towels except for one but it wasn’t a big deal we had extras- just letting the next tenant know- the condo definitely has wear and tear being pet friendly but I thought overall it was clean-the fireplace didn’t work but we didn’t care, the only thing I’d say is that the bed in the first room has to get switched out - it’s small so it’s really only appropriate for one person or children however it’s so incredibly uncomfortable- the frame has to be broken - it was awful- I think the bed makes the entire stay and if you don’t have a comfortable place to sleep it can really put a damper on the whole vacation - please look at investing in another bed and bed frame for the first room. It’s the only reason we wouldn’t book again because we love the condo area and the amenities "

"Loved this property. Neighbors were so friendly and the property grounds were well kept and so beautiful. The condo itself was neat and clean. The only complaint is the ac didn’t work or was turned off. Will definitely be booking in the future. "
