We always enjoy our stay at this site. Though it was not quite as clean as our last visit in 2026, this place still ranks highly with us. It is still probably one of the cleanest hotels in the area. We will stay here again.

It would be nice to have breakfast including or more breakfast options. The room was clean, pillows and bed were comfortable. The balcony was a plus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I plan to book again in the future.

This is a hotel with very comfortable rooms and a beautiful lobby. The best feature is that it is walking distance to the Fenwick Island Beach, a beautiful quiet tranquil ocean. One recommendation I have is to provide more options for breakfast. It also could’ve been that we came during an un-busy time, the week of September 28, which is after the busy season. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want to get away from the busyness of Rehoboth.

The rooms floors could have been cleaner a really good vacuum can help with dust, hair, and sand. Staff members were very friendly. Just a heads up always confirm your reservation with hotel, room choices and beds Expedia can mess up.

Rooms were clean, staff was excellent and friendly. You could order breakfast but there were plenty of places nearby that you could also try. We went ti Jimmy's which was a good breakfast option. Great to be able to walk right down to the beach. They need to put in a steamer or iron for use.

This place was very nice! Comfortable for couples and families with small children. Far enough away from the busy boardwalk but not too far for a decent bike ride. Easy beach access and a nice rooftop pool. Parking is limited -1 car per room. Nice restaurants within walking distance and activities nearby. We had a great time.

My experience was great. Staff was very nice. Best seaside hotel ive been to yet. It was raining so I didn't get a chance to use the pool. It was a nice sized and had a chair for people with mobility issues. The gym was basic but clean and had enough for a work out. Parking appears tight but actually enough spaces and was easy to get in and out. Room was large and had an ok view. Little terrace was nice. The outside table was basically a bowl that just filled with water in the rain. Great location to travel to surrounding ocean city and bethany. Food is expensive. Normally it's a little pricey, double it. No meals are complimentary. I decided to try the breakfast. I got the apple pancakes. $15 for 4 pancakes medium sized. They were amazing. Idk about the price but I do want them again. Coffee and tea is free. They have constant comment, my favorite tea. The decor is nice and the lobby is very comfortable

This is our go-to spot for enjoying a beach getaway. It’s centrally located between Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. The pool is nice and everything is clean. We appreciate the quiet pace of the hotel.
