Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. "This location was great, super quiet! The sounds and views of the ocean were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and we had a excellent rest here"

"The hotel was nice, staff was pretty helpful. Dislike that we could not park at the hotel until we checked in even though spaces were available."

"Very, very clean and nice. I didn’t know it was pet friendly when I booked it, but unless you saw a pet you’d have no idea. I also love the 24 hr coffee/tea bar available. This will be our hotel of choice in this area."
