"Our experience as a whole was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Very delicious crab cake! That being said, the hotel is starting to show wear. Our bathroom door was warped from water damage. The sink was clogged. The bathroom mirror lighting needed replaced. I did call the front desk and maintenance came right away. The sink was fixed. They could not fix the lighting as they did not have the parts. The main part of our suite had...

"Everything was great and the staff where very friendly and informative. The pool was great and the areas around where well kept. The parking area was small with a not to many empty spots and had security cameras which made it feel safe."

"We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I could not give 5 stars. We truly love staying here, there is so much to like. However, the following are genuine observations versus criticism and meant to help with keeping this a great place to stay. 1. Balcony = just enough room to sit outside with two chairs and a whopping great fan the sound of a jet engine constantly turning off and on right next to it. 2. "Great stay, the only minor thing was the shower head, which probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, everything was very good and in a good location."

"boutique style experience . wonderful ocean front view. they have social hour with free beer, salsa/chips, firepit outside free continental and hot breakfast Nespresso in room for great coffee access to free beach chairs/ towels The staff who checked us in was very pleasant and warm. Unfortunately I forget her name They have a nice pool outdoor also"

"The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us."

"When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After several minutes, a man finally came and I found him a tad rude and unapologetic. Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. I do hope that there are cameras in the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area for insurance...

"Everything was exceptional"

"Rm clean, excellent staff, breakfast ok only . I wished they add bacon and egg has no taste."

"Staff is always super nice and pleasant. I love the onsite parking available and the restaurant."
