"The bed was very comfortable and was the best part of our stay. We felt safe and secure and had no issues while we were there. Breakfast was pretty standard. The only thing that was a hang up for me was that the carpets in the hallways are in major need of a cleaning. Otherwise, it was a decent option for the price that we spent."

"Pros:House is lovely and very cleanLocation is very accessible to beach and town ( which is very nice) Host responded quickly to all questions Kitchen has EVERYTHING you need, more than any beach house ever rentedCons:Driveway is a bit tricky on the side( sand pit) , first car got stuck before we realizedParking lot in front was busy ( understand can’t be controlled but renters should be aware)Temperature in house uneven, perhaps more info given about thermostats might be helpful Recycling bins not provided Wi-Fi is very spotty , very difficult to stream to TV since WiFi kept going down "

"House is great--great location and wonderful space in a nicely renovated older home. As you might find in older homes, the stairs are very steep and narrow which might be difficult to navigate with individuals with mobility issues. Looking forward to returning in the warmer months when we can use the porch and outdoor space. "

"All went well after some trouble figuring out the heating. Home wasn't winterized when we arrived on a 40 deg day. It was 51 deg inside and furnace and baseboard heating weren't working. Spoke w property mgr who was making efforts for tech to come but we couldn't wait as it was freezing. Bought 4 space heaters for our use. After a lot of trouble shooting on our own, checked the main elec panel and found to our surprise that all the breakers to heating system were in off position. Got the baseboard heaters working but furnace never started. Space heaters were adequate to keep the upstairs reasonably warm. No one was ableTo come thru our stay and we made do. Nice stay overall other than the heating issue. We may have been the first winter renter and they hadn't winterized the home prior. Listing agent said our expenses will be reimbursed as well as some compensation for our lost day. Sounds legit but I'm still waiting for word from accounting, 20 days later. "
