"Hotel Julien is charming and the staff is so friendly and attentive to their guests. The rooms are so nice, many extras that you don't see at other hotels. My only negative comment is that there didn't seem to be appropriate covering on the bathroom window for night time use, and it was difficult to reach close to the bathroom mirror to apply makeup."
