We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was excellent, and the staff truly made our experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Loved the spa and pool. We used the spa face very day after the hiking and touring on the mountains. So relaxing! Breaking selections are great but one of the coffee machines was out two days in a row. Bummer! But overall great stay!

The resort was beautiful, the restaurant on site was handy for a nearby dinner. The included breakfast was amazing! And the spa had some great features and was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend Alpen Resort!

The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the train station but they also had a shuttle that could pick you up from the train station. The staff was friendly and the room was nice with a great view of the Matterhorn. The spa facilities were very fantastic and was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The only issue we had was they were renovating the room next to us, so the construction noise was quite loud in the afternoon when we checked in. We just spent the afternoon in the spa area so it wasn't a big deal and we were only there for one night. I did mention this at checkout, and they apologized and said that if we had let them know, they would have stopped the work. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a modern lodge feel and the staff were so kind and helpful. The PeakFine restaurant was simply delicious and the staff were so attentive. We had the panoramic family room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn! This was the highlight of our trip to Switzerland. I definitely highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future.

Everything was great, Bcz of the lower temp, they don’t have air conditioning but they provided us with fans. Even if we were early, we got our room ready in 10 to 15 mins, staff were very polite and helpful. Food was great. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to family and friends.

We loved the SPA and Pool facilities. Our room (family room on two level) has an amazing view of Matterhorn from our balcony- especially at sun rise when it just glowed as if it was made of Gold. Room itself was large and clean with adequate facilities. Check in was straight forward too. Zermatt itself is a beautiful ski resort town. The hotel was in a great location near the railway station. The hotel offers a courtesy bus to pick or drop you at the railway station.
