M Social New York Downtown (Formerly Millennium Downtown New York )
10/10 Excellent
"View of the corner rims are amazing but the staff do not greet you. They don’t have simple manners. Welcome to the M social none of that and upon checking out she said “you’re good to go”. Nothing out of this world but for the price and appeal you think there would be more serviceability.
Elevators were constantly down which makes you wonder if the staff does this on purpose to make dealing with people less frequent, not that many people were bugging them to begin with. 6/10 not bad but not great the room view did the heavy lifting also cleaning staff was in point."
The Cloud One New York-Downtown, by the Motel One Group

"I continue to return to this property due to the great location, rooftop bar, and overall size and space of the rooms. All of this is hard to find in Manhattan!"
