"A power cut all day meant that the hotel had to rehouse us at a local hotel. It took hours of time and was a huge inconvenience. The staff were as helpful as possible, but I am pursuing the issue with Novotel."

"A fantastic stay, the hotel location is great and we couldn’t fault a thing."

"Great location everywhere we wanted to go was 10-15mins walk… Fantastic reception, give a tour of the hotel and recommendations for close by bars and restaurants. Wonderful spacious room with lounge, large bathroom and free bottle of wine. Only down side was some of the facilities were very busy / unavailable owing to a large wedding party. That said Would definatley visit again"

"The location is great but the bed and pillow were not comfortable at all"

"Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels.
