This hostel is great. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. A nice social space to hangout in and good coffee too. The only issue I had was with the wifi on my last night. Other than that, no complaints.

The receptionist was very helpful and the rooms and bathrooms were clean wet to this location being in a kind of dorm setup, which is commendable. Safe bag keeping post checkout another big point. Although urgent improvements on the ventilation is needed as when different people come in, the room kind of smells not due to cleanliness but coz of different kind of people who may come in. So this could be potentially improved. But certainly recommended for solo travellers.

It was great experience for me to stay a hostel in Liverpool. Nothing wrong . Friendly staff .. but you need to have a lock to put your bag in a secure place in your dormitory

The staff were fantastic, great location, however, the property isn’t disabled friendly, whilst can’t blame the staff, they could only locate me a room on 1st floor (no lift), and had to change rooms as no lower bunks available. As said the staff tried.

A pleasant stay

What a pleasant surprise. I booked the room with a double bed and two bunk beds for my family. The room was very clean and had its own bathroom and shower. The beds were comfortable and the bedding soft and freshly and washed. There was free onsite parking. I would recommend you bring your own towels as thete were none available in the room.
