"For almost every part of this property it was exceptionally. Sadly the staff (at least the reception staff) failed badly. When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. "Hotel facilities very good and stay comfortable. Cost of bar drinks somewhat excessive given that there is a standard service charge added on top of the displayed costs. Restaurant meals also have non discretionary service charges applied which is okay for table service meals but not appropriate for buffet meals. "

"Great hotel right by Wembley Arena. Went for my Mums 90th birthday and staff had decorated the room etc., lovely surprise!"

"Pretty standard stay for a Holiday Inn. Thought I’d leave a review though as the windows are not well glazed and due to the location can experience a lot of noise from the road below. I wouldn’t return based on this as I do like my quiet for sleep."

"Room not ready so were invited for a glass of fizz. Room up some very steep stairs do not get room 23! Breakfast disappointing as the hot breakfast was cold and the bacon and poached eggs were overcooked. Wish we had stuck to the buffet after paying £300 for a night expected a better meal as we were then paying another £40. Decor amazing staff lovely and spa very nice . "Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."
