"We were in room 120 in the Courtyard Marriott Heathrow and many of the USB plugs did not work at all. The outlets for shavers in the bathroom did not work. We could not get cold water out of the faucet and the side of the bed closest to the bathroom has a big "dent" in it from people sitting on that side so it was not comfortable to sleep on at all. I called to the front desk to get extra pillow on our first night....I called twice and the phone rang probably 30 times and no one picked up so I had to go downstairs which should not be the case."
