"Great hotel, 5 minutes walk to Wembley stadium, enough free parking for circa 25 Cars which is first come first served, hotel is quote dated compared to all others around, however was clean and staff very helpful! Will stay again and would recommend!"

I showed him email confirmation as well as a receipt of payment. He just blankly said its not on my computer screen. I said do you want to check the confirmation number etc. He then miraculously found the booking.
