"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests...

"Be aware that this motel does not provide Airport Transfer as noted in description. You must use public bus to get to and from airport. Otherwise, room was clean and bed comfortable."

"This property was clean and the room was nice. The bed was okay for one night, but not the best I’ve ever slept on. They have a beautiful area to eat in, very good food. I highly recommend eating there. The staff was friendly, but not overly friendly. I would recommend this place to stay. "
