Waterton is a very beautiful quiet place, It is as beautiful as banff and jasper, only downside it it is not very busy in winter and not a lot of places but otherwise it is an excellent place if you want to have a winter gate away from the busy city

Having stayed in West glacier in the days before Waterton, it was quite a change. Slightly fewer people, less updated (a little bit more rundown, however, I like that vibe). Everything was just easier in Waterton versus glacier.

"The property was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful when needed. I'll be honest in saying there was nothing spectacular about the stay, but most importantly, zero complaints. A little tidbit we enjoyed was the walking path that went around the river just a few blocks north. "
