"Great location inside Waterton, has restaurant with good options!"

"The concierge who worked the night we checked in was a lady and she was very attentive and helpful. She helped us with the heater in the room and a second time she tried to fix the TV for us. He was not connecting to the cable box. She brought a second box but unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem. We did not have TV and I felt it was too late to the fix the problem. The TV would still not connect to the cable box in our room, but other than that everything was great. We were heading to the mountains the next day and the room was very comfy and cozy. "

"The staff were nice and the swimming pool was excellent, especially the water slide. The breakfast was also excellent, filled with variety and there are so many options to choose from."

"What a fantastic place to stay! Stacy, our hostess, got up early every morning and baked delicious muffins for us. She helped us with our laundry and even helped us wash the car! Can’t say enough good things about this place! We will definitely stay there again if we make it back to Waterton Lakes!"
