"The place is new and tastefully decorated, two problems made my stay not so pleasant: lack of WiFi (despite the fact that there was WiFi it NEVER worked and I had no phone connection in the premises) and the place was infested with mosquitoes , they would need to use some candles or other methods to rid the place of the bugs- the common space was very nice but I never used it because of the mosquitoes "

"One Ocean Boutique was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped. We had a little trouble with the stove initially, but the incredibly helpful owners quickly guided us through it.
The larger bedroom offered a stunning ocean view, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a dream. There was one night with a loud, unsanctioned party nearby, but thankfully, the bedrooms were so well insulated we couldn’t hear a thing once inside.
The location is excellent—perfect for snorkeling right off the property, and easily suitable for diving as well. Honestly, we loved it so much we hesitated to share this review—this place feels like a hidden gem. We will definitely be coming back.

"What an exquisite property! This is our fourth or fifth stay in Ocean Blue. The owner and property managers are great- accessible, responsive, and easy to work with. The kitchen has been remodeled since our last stay, making the main floor much more livable. It now has a dishwasher! But the prize is the outside and the view. We have stayed in other villas in Bonaire, but Ocean Blue is easily our favorite. Highly recommended. "
"The service and team there was excellent. Their attention towards us was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful. No negative feedback. Only that our kitchen sink had a bad leak and there was a gap between the entry door to our room and the floor. Had to stuff a towel in it to keep mosquitos out. I would definitely recommend staying there. We met many others there who were repeat visitors."

"Fantastic house-very well appointed for multiple families with a huge kitchen with 2 fridges and every small kitchen appliance you could want. Awesome patio table large enough for everyone for meals. Ocean is a little hard to access with the coral (common for Bonaire) so water shoes are a must and it wouldn’t be appropriate for older adults. However, the snorkeling and scuba directly in front of this property cannot be beat… scuba boats tied up there every day and we saw sea turtles and tons of fish daily. The community pool is a 30 sec walk from the house… we would much prefer a private pool but it was hardly ever busy. The pool is extremely deep (non swimmers/kids would need flotation devices) and there were always plenty of loungers- most were shaded. Be careful with the uneven floor surfaces at transitions from bathrooms to bedrooms- we had 2 people that ended up with stubbed and bleeding toes. Every bedroom has its own attached bathroom. Could have been more bath towels but it was functional. The washer and dryer are tiny and impractical for a household of 10-12 people so don’t count on that besides for essential washing needs. Some fantastic restaurants nearby: Eddy’s and Between 2 Buns and the ice cream shop across the street from Eddy's in the strip mall was also fantastic. There’s a full remodel going on next door so we had a lot of noise and construction dust from that…not very relaxing but a year from now that won’t be an issue. "

"This unit was perfect for my husband and I. Exactly as described, clean and modern.We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable! Sand Dollar itself is in a great location; close to town, yet far enough away to be quite and peacful. The owner Mitzi responds quickly to inquiries. Having the dive shop and private dock is the icing on the cake!"
