"My stay was good, the resort was clean and the rooms were very spacious and clean as well. The only worth noting during my stay is the customer service I got, or the lack thereof, from bar by the beach. The kids working there were racist, in my opinion. They weren't very helpful. Normally when you go in a restaurant or bar, you will be asked)offered water or anything to drink. Whenever I went there, they didn't even come to give me the menu. I had to call them not once, but multiple times, to give me a menu. And takes another set of forever to get my order, to bring me my order. And there were times that I wanted a smoothie while I was eating, they didn't even come to take my order. I had to call them 3x to put in the order. The girls there weren't nice at all. When I called for their attention to ask for something, they just looked at me and looked away. And I saw them do the same thing to another customer who wasn't white, I'm Asian btw. I didn't like my experience there. This is a resort whose guests are mainly tourists from different countries, they should treat everyone equally regardless of their race. I was really disappointed."

"The accommodation was in good condition. It is well-maintained on the inside. On the outside, it is time for some maintenance work. But all in all, it is a good place to stay, and the price-to-accommodation ratio is good. I stayed there in September 2026."

"Everything about this property is amazing. Loved that our rental was waiting for us when we got there. The staff were always helpful and just very nice. This place makes you relax and that’s what vacation is all about. The pier is amazing and we enjoyed snorkeling everyday. We will definitely be coming back!!!"
