"Excellent property! The snorkeling right in front of the resort was phenomenal. We brought our own gear including fins-fish are vibrant and huge. The drop off is about 20-30 feet from entry point.Bring water shoes when you just want to refresh yourself and go into ocean. Bring a packable floaty with mesh that folds easily into suitcase. We had a garden view room on the 3rd floor building 7. Our view was of the lazy river. Room was comfortable and had appliances(fridge, stove top, Nespresso machine and plates, pans, cups, utensils). Like others said-there is only a sheet not a blanket on the bed. Only one pillow per person as well. You can borrow charger/outlet plugs from the front desk. I brought Nespresso pods for our stay. We also brought a cooler and filled it with ice daily from Bari Beach bar to save money on drinks. Fabulous stay! Will definitely return."

"Fantastic vacation! From the moment I arrived the entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Misha and Calvin were wonderful to me the entire time I was there. Celine was top notch! She was professional, welcoming and friendly and could be seen at various times in different locations about the property. My housekeeper was Kayliana (not sure of spelling) and made sure I had everything I needed daily. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of chairs, cabanas and shade between the two property pools. The view was par-none and definitely one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean. I was all inclusive and found enough dining options to satisfy my needs. The breakfast buffet was good and many choices. Coffee was okay but I preferred making my own in my room. Finding a meal is hard if you have off hours since the restaurants are only open at certain times. My room was in the perfect location. It was quiet and I was never disturbed which is exactly what I was looking for. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy with wonderful pillows. Nice TV with plenty of channel selections. A/C worked well. Bathroom was satisfactory and comes with a basic hair dryer; not one of those wall things that is there to simply say they have! Plenty of towels except I had no wash clothes. The front desk quickly accommodated as well as housekeeping when I asked for. And that view from the 2nd story balcony is incredible. The spa is a must visit!! "

"We stayed in the incredibly clean, spacious and updated one bedroom apartment with very nicely equipped kitchen. Fenna, the owner and her crew are exceptionally warm and helpful. A beautiful garden with palm trees, flowers and lovely swimming pool were remarkably inviting and relaxing. All together it was an excellent experience and service and we were very happy that we chose this accommodation. "

"Red Palm is glamping. Stayed with my wife, daughter, and sister in law. PROS: Very nice indoor/outdoor floor plan Staying in nature - iguanas, black and orange birds, etc. Excellent bathroom--shower has good water pressure and drainage Modern kitchen Very nice patio area with table Lovely non-chlorinated pool Have movie night once a week--excellent projector and sound system (although film about holocaust...) Excellent central location: 10 min from wild flamingo area (awesome); horse ranch; and outstanding mangrove kayak tour. Another 10 min down the road is a very beautiful part of Lac Bay. CONS: - Frozen meat in the refrigerator when we arrived. Staff cleaned it promptly when asked. - There is a $65 mandatory cleaning fee due at the location. It would be much better if that $65 could be included in the total charge we pay up front. - Limited to no laundry service. While we wash our clothes by hand, it's nice to have a few things washed in a real machine from time to time. - There are a few bugs--some quite large. Must keep AC on at night (28 deg celsius good) to avoid them when sleeping. - Somehow, our AC got turned off and would not turn on for a couple days. Again, staff fixed it quickly when asked. - You may find yourself taking a shower with a lizard or frog. After a few screams we realized they are friendly and they became part of the family. Unique and recommended!"
