"The whole resort was amazing! Food was good especially for an “all inclusive”. Staff was great and always making sure we didn’t need anything. The resort is on the other side of Aruba so any activities, shopping, etc. is about a 30-45 minute drive. We rented a car to explore. Highly recommend Secrets!"

"The room had no robe, no refrigerator, no bottled water, no kettle, no bathtub. but it did have a chiller and coffee maker (which stopped working). The sheets were not changed daily. but towels were."

"It is a dated building, which is ok but it should be kept cleaner. We got an ocean front room but there was trash and debris clearly in view on the rooftops and canopies below our room. It is very unappealing. The elevators too are poorly kept, dark and dirty. There was no microwave oven so we could not heat any leftover food from our dining throughout the week. These are very simple things that should be expected from a hotel in this price-point."

"The Kontiki beach resort was so amazing! All the shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away from your room. The food was 10/10. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I stayed on the luxury side and the rooms were so clean! Every day they gave you complementary waters in your room. I would just recommend renting a car to get around to the town and other areas of the island. Taxi and drivers can get very expensive! But whenever I did need a driver the front desk helped call me one. Beautiful...

"When I arrived there was hair in the bathroom from the previous person who visited. The room was not cleaned my days there but more of a fix. For example, only thing that was done was emptying trash and fixing my bed. Throughout my entire stay I was not given wash clothes. Only medium and large towels. When I called for towels it took over 30 minutes and I had to call multiple times. When my room was “cleaned” by staff, they took my dirty towels but didn’t replace them leaving me with no towels...

"I can't say enough good things about Manchebo. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The property and rooms are very clean. The restaurant and bar/lunch areas are open to the environment with nice breezes and great views of the beach. The beach itself is excellent with clean white sand, enough thatch umbrellas for all the guests and is was not at all crowded during our end of June stay. Food and drink service on the beach is also excellent. Swimming is good too with aqua water...
