"Never going here again"

"Limpieza, comodidad de las habitaciones, buenas instalaciones. La comida tiene brecha de mejora, en el desayuno espera mejor calidad y detallitos como gengibre fresco, hojas de menta, gajos de limon para un te, quería hot cakes y mendijeron ya no hay y en general esl sabor de la comida me parece que piede mejorar, y tener ocpciones mas variadas como ceviches frescos ta que estamos en una isla, mas variedad de comida de mar"

Not the best food I've had, but i will return again. Staff was mostly helpful. Some were a bit laid back but i think that was consistent throughout all services on the island. "I can't say enough good things about Manchebo. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The property and rooms are very clean. The restaurant and bar/lunch areas are open to the environment with nice breezes and great views of the beach. "One of, if not the best hotel I have stayed at. Hotel has had renovations done and they paid off! You’re a 3 min walk away from Surfside Beach and bars where they have the World Cup soccer game posted on the big screen! The staff was extremely friendly and there is a restaurant on location so you don’t have to travel far for good food. If you’re staying in Aruba. I would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times!"

"The resort was nice but but like most places on the island things could have been better. Otis at the front desk was fantastic. The coffee shop gave great friendly service. The food at Karacter was good but not nothing to brag about. You must bring bug spray to dine at night both upstairs and down by the water. "When I arrived there was hair in the bathroom from the previous person who visited. The room was not cleaned my days there but more of a fix. For example, only thing that was done was emptying trash and fixing my bed. Throughout my entire stay I was not given wash clothes. Only medium and large towels. When I called for towels it took over 30 minutes and I had to call multiple times. When my room was “cleaned” by staff, they took my dirty towels but didn’t replace them leaving me with no towels...

"Overall we had a good stay at the Holiday Inn. The location of the hotel was probably one of the best things as it is right near tons of restaurants and shopping- all right out of the main doors. "The location was absolutely perfect for my two daughters. The morning breakfast hit all the right timing and offerings to start off our morning right. The pool was perfectly placed with food options in all places and the walking distance to the butterfly farm. Allow us to experience butterflies every day of our day and still head to town.
