"The staff here were great! The front desk and concierge were very helpful during the entire trip. They all had a welcoming personality. The property is beautiful and the all inclusive was definitely worth it. From the four main restaurants (if you in sea breeze) to the pool bars, the experience was great. Infinity pool was nice due to the swim up bar and sea breeze pool was nice because it was more of a relaxed feel. The resort is directly across the street from the beach, it’s only an 8-10 min walk to the Casino, and a 10-15 min drive to downtown or palm beach (restaurant/night life). Shuttles are also constantly running on the property to basically take you to anywhere on the divi resorts and to the casino. The room, which backed to the infinity pool, had plenty of space for my wife and I. We enjoyed our stay here at the divi and would book to stay again. "

"Kitchen was fine. Room was dated. Pools were nice, super crowded. Food was a big disappointment. Grateful for local grocery stores. "

"The staff was very nice. We did not get adjoining rooms as requested; however, the rooms were right on the beach as promised. The beach was lovely, loved the coffee shop, bar, and dinner options. I did not care for the buffett lunch."

"This was my 7th visit to the Divi All Inclusive. Was disappointed in the breakfast meal. I had to wait in line for coffee, only 1 machine for all the guests. Come on, mostly everyone wants coffee at breakfast! There used to be pots of coffee available. Also, had to return my omelet 2x, wasn’t cooked, wrong ingredients. I know it sounds petty but we pay a lot of $ to stay here! Otherwise everything else was fantastic, the lunch, dinners, and drinks. We were able to get dinner reservations at all of the restaurants. The meals were top notch. Room was clean and staff were always helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Fantastic Breakfast. ASK for server WILLY (he's amazing). WILLY filled us with his unconditional love and sunshine!! My loved was so comfortable with Willy, she had gotten mom to face-time with Willy. He made both of the ladies feel so special and seen. He invited 'mom' to come on a visit next time. It was amazing watching the three of them interact on 'facetime'. Go see Willy when having breakfast at the PALMS for breakfast. Tell Willy that 'white chocolate' sent you! "We had an issue with the adjoining rooms, paper thin and noisy. There were kids screaming, all parts of the day and night. Security was notified but the issue was Never resolved. We were Forced to change rooms, at an additional cost of $400 to continue and enjoy our vacation. The pool area, which was supposed to be smoke free, was Not. People were smoking around the pool area with No enforcement. Hot tubs were too Hot to use or others too cold. Service was Good by the employees but it seemed there was a lot on the job training was going on frequently. The location was convenient and hope to return again to Aruba. We were very Upset, considering our inconvenience, that were charged $400 to upgrade, especially since the disruption we had was Not corrected. Overall, the employees did the best they could considering the circumstances. I asked to talk to a Manager twive, but All messages were relayed thru employees with No concern for myself or others in my party or friends with us. Thank you for your concern of this Matter. Gary"

"Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Booked through Expedia and hotel charged $200 at check-in, still waiting for it to be credited back. Location by Eagle Beach and La Cabana restaurants make it a great choice."
