"We had a room with a view, but the palapa in front obstructed much of the view. The rooms were clean and utilitarian, but the balcony was spacious. The restaurant served good food, but it would have been nice if they served breakfast. The beach was across the road, but it was a beautiful beach. Minimal parking but there was free parking on the street. "

"No ocean view. Parking lot view, old uncomfortable outdoor patio furniture, terrible cooking appliances and construction next door for premium price! Way overpriced!!! Cooking pots outdated and old. "

"We stayed a week in a compact, but very well designed studio with kitchenette. Wifi and A/C were good. We were lucky to have a ground floor end unit for added privacy on our porch. The pool was smallish, but a great amenity to have. Comfortable poolside loungers and an honour bar. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There are restaurants within walking distance, but Bonaire is best with access to a vehicle. There’s access to the water across the street at Bachelors Beach. Cons: The motion activated fan/light in the toilet room. Most of the time it’s great, but when you want to go in the middle of the night you get snapped wide awake with blinding light and deafening fan - ugh - really unpleasant. Also, the room cleaners came so early. The first time was 9am, okay fine, we’d just finished breakfast and felt a bit hurried out, but the 2nd time was 8:05am. We literally woke up at 8 and 5 minutes later they’re tapping on the glass - yikes. Overall though, a pleasant stay. "

"Every year our friend group chooses a new Caribbean island to explore, and this year we landed in Bonaire. Without a doubt, this was our favorite trip yet — and the house played a huge part in that.The property was beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and truly exceeded all of our expectations. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and it made relaxing together so easy.The host and property manager were amazingly responsive and helpful with every question we had, which made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.We truly could not have asked for a better vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Surface Interval. Bruce was incredibly helpful both before and during our trip, and the management office was responsive and supportive as well. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — we especially loved the patio and found the AC very effective. The beds were comfortable, and parking was easy with no issues.The location is great for enjoying the water — we had a fantastic time snorkeling the reef right out front and loved drifting down to Bachelor Beach.There were a couple of minor drawbacks: we noticed some noise from the road and a neighborhood dog, but the sound of the waves and the AC made it easy to tune out. With a family of four, the gate/key entry system felt a bit cumbersome if we weren’t all heading out together; a key code entry might be more convenient.Overall, a really enjoyable vacation!"

"We loved having our own pool. The complementary espresso in room was a nice touch. Also the free one morning beverage at the ocean club across the street was appreciated. Our unit did not have a toaster which was inconvenient and there is no air conditioning in the main living area but was tolerable with the breeze. No extra blankets. And the outlets are European plugs the front desk did have adapters to borrow. Overall it was a nice quiet place. I’d like to mention there is a small grocery store close to the resort (walking distance). Lastly there is no safety gates around any pools. "

Everything was well‑maintained, and the space was comfortable and inviting. The location was convenient, and the host was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.
