"We love The location. Staff was wonderful. I will stay there again for sure. However I miss a coffee station in the room and readily available Ice. No bar which I found strange. The AC was quite nosey, but not enough to stop me from going back. Over all very nice"

The pastries and coffee from the hotel’s continental breakfast were delicious. The lounge and library were nice spaces to relax. We will definitely look to stay here again on the future. "

"The front desk staff at HI-NYC is on 24/7 and is extremely helpful. I was able to switch my pre-booked reservation from a dormitory room to an available private room with no issues. The hostel is a short walk from the 1 subway station. My room was clean and spacious. Just note the building has an older elevator so give yourself extra time when checking out."
