"Property was wonderful. My only complaint is with the cafe associated with the vouchers. They do not G’s r any non dairy options for milk for Lattes, coffee etc which is unheard of in theses days; also no non dairy sandwiches or even jelly Maya’s of butter for bread. Makes it very difficult for someone such as myself who can’t have milk or butter to order. Other than that, all was wonderful "

"Clean, excellent room service, spacious. A lot was within walking distance. Subway stations nearby and convenient, only needed 1 subway to get to most places I wanted to go. Felt safe, they lock the entrance to the hotel at night and buzz you in. Also, pretty friendly staff."

"Staff from the front desk, rooms and the breakfast area all helpful and friendly. They helped make the hotel and neighborhood feel comfortable. Can't say enough nice things about them. Location is really convenient with Central Park and subway within a block. Easy to get to most lines on the westside. The elevator is a little slow but they seem to know how to get it to work. Hot breakfast from 7-10 has potatoes, some type of egg and pork sausages or bacon. The wafflemaker is a nice touch. Cereal, toast etc. Coffee and Tea available all day which is nice. Breakfast area has a microwave. "
