"Room was ready for check-in at time requested; very cordial welcome, both at front desk and welcome amenities in room. Terrace King room was clean and in good order, but the terrace was bleak (weeds and no flowers in planter; uncomfortable, dirty outdoor seating with no cushions). Coffee service to the room was timely both mornings. Tiki-themed hotel bar was odd and tacky (out of sync with the usual upscale Omni vibe), and sports bar type menu options were unappealing, but service was good. Desk and entrance door service were outstanding as always."

"The Renwick is in a great location, just a five minute walk from Grand Central Station, there are plenty of good eating locations nearby. The hotel felt very safe, we were on the fourth floor, and it was very quiet. We love the art deco look of the hotel. Best of all was the friendly staff."
