"We only booked this hotel for one night with the view of catching the glacier express in the morning but stayed for 3 nights as the town experienced bad weather with no power. The hotel went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome on the subsequent night. They didn’t charge any of the guests for the 2nd night stay as the there was no power at the hotel (not their fault as the whole town didn’t have town, infact the whole valley was without power for 2 days. On our 3rd night they only charged us token gesture of 50 franks per person which was really cheap. Absolutely amazing staff and policy of the hotel. Amazing spacious room with spa facilities at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are definitely an asset to this hotel. "

"This hotel did an excellent job of caring for us. We were stranded in Zermatt with no power and no means of getting out of the town until the avalanche was cleared. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we had food and warm blankets, all with good cheer."

"An unbeatable view with Matterhorn day and night. Very spacious and comfort room. Nice staff. Location is a bit far from train station but it is acceptable as just walk along the Main Street of Zermatt for shopping."
