"The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff forgot to replace our soap in the shower one day, and when I told them they immediately brought us new soap. They also apologised to us for the next two days even though it’s no big deal! Will comback if I have bussiness trips in Hanoi "
