They went out of their way multiple times to help me plan my trip to Sapa. I really can’t say enough about them. I would highly recommend staying here."

"I had to pay extra for a new room because they had put me next to an elevator and I asked to be moved because of noise. Room size for a deluxe room I had booked was too small. Condition of new room I was switched to after paying extra was poor, shower was leaking , water flow was very slow, fridge in the room was not working, breakfast was always cold, coffee and tea pots were dirty. Hotel is next to a busy road with lots of traffic. "
