PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The room’s fixtures and design were eco friendly and cool. The rooftop bar, out of this world and every single employee treated me like a good friend or nieighor."
"Great place to stay. Close to different train stations. You can find everything you need across the street: Target, different food options, and many clothing stores on the strip. Everything was clean and staff were extremely helpful. "
"It was a great experience staying at Madison , they are so welcoming and know how to treat their guest well. Will definitely stay there again whenever I am in New York "
"Other than parking offsite that's $65 plus tax but reduced to $54 after they apply the discount when you show them business card from the hotel front desk. My room was water view. Clean, fast elevators. Nice bed, modern room and bathroom. I liked it. "
Residence Inn by Marriott New York Downtown Manhattan/Financial District
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect room, comfy bed. I was bracing for a poor experience with the elevators after reading other reviews, but those comments are unfair. The elevators are fast but sometimes they will stop at lots of floors. A third one would help but it’s not that bad. The longest wait we had in over a week was under 10 min. The breakfast is fine. Not the highest quality, but perfectly adequate although the plastic cutlery and paper plates would be unusual anywhere in Europe. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family. "
