"What an amazing stay! We stayed only one night at this Onsen but it was a great experience. We had a shuttle pick us up and drop us off at the train station, or bring us into town. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was one staff member who spoke English which made it helpful to get direction on how to stay at a traditional Onsen (it was our first time). The

"This hotel is beautiful, extremely clean and attention is paid to every detail. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room which was a wonderful experience. The tatami beds were so fluffy and comfortable. They provide robes and slippers so you can visit the 7 hot spring bath houses in the village. Breakfast was also very good. It’s pricey but well worth it for a one of a kind experience!"

"Kinosaki was the best part to my trip, the owners were so friendly and pleasant! The guesthouse is well maintained with a very spacious, open, shared sleeping area on traditional Japanese futon which may not be to some people's tastes but it is a unique experience. You are provided with yukata, small towels, and a basket for your belongings, but you cannot purchase the onsen pass from the hostel; this is not a problem though as you can purchase the pass from any of the main onsens. "BOOK THIS HOTEL! Loved our stay and totally worth the 2.5 hour train ride from Osaka. Was able to check in promptly at 3 p.m. and our bags were whisked away to our room. We immediately received our onsen pass and were able to get in a bath before our kaiseki dinner. The next morning we were able to explore more of the public baths and had an amazing breakfast. The town shops open around 11 a.m. so you can really get away with one overnight stay if not more. Beautiful property,

"Kinparo Hotel was exceptional. It’s rated a 3•.in Japan. But anywhere else it would be minimum 4* or 5*. Our room was beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the mountains and ocean.it was a real treat to stay in this lovely hotel. "Property was slightly away from the busy thoroughfare, but close to everything.Nice small Ryokan. Own private onsens, 3 in total... my teenage boys not ready to immerse themselves into the public onsens, handy having private on premises. May have been a little over priced however the experience was amazing . Staff were lovely. Room was nice, could do with a touch up but not an issue at all."
