"全て清潔でとても綺麗セルフチェックインと言いながら、外国の方のスタッフがすぐに出て来てくれて確認と説明があったが、結局タブレットで自分で手続き操作をした。２人で泊まると、椅子が一つにデスクしか無く、近くのジャパンで段ボールを借りてテーブル代わりにしようかと悩んだが、ちょうど車に折りたたみ椅子を積んでいたのでデスクでなんとか食事を済ませた。。無料でいただける冷凍の軽食が予想より美味しかった。"

"ホテル内が綺麗に保たれていて最近では珍しい一階で座れるソファの多さやゆとりがある。浴室のマッサージ機や洗濯、乾燥機も無料なのでありがたいです。あとホットコーヒーやジュースも無料でセルフなので好きな時に飲める。アメニティのレンタルの多さにも驚きました。スタッフの方々の対応も素晴らしいです。このコスパはなかなかないと思います。また利用します。"

"お盆休みに利用させていただきました。部屋にトイレがなく、共同トイレだった点は正直かなり不便に感じました。また、夕食や朝食の時間について、何人ものスタッフの方から個別に確認され、その都度同じことを伝えなければならなかったのも気になりました。特に残念だったのが夕食です。部屋でいただくスタイルでしたが、料理の提供にかなり時間がかかり、食事が終わるまで約2時間かかりました。大人だけならまだしも、子供連れで2時間の夕食はかなりきつかったです。また、料理と料理の間も時間が空き、その間スタッフの方も部屋にいないため、飲み物を追加で頼みたくてもなかなか頼めない状況でした。料理の味以前に、もう少しスムーズに食事ができるようにしていただきたかったです。スタッフの方々は挨拶もしっかりされていて、感じの良い方が多かっただけに、その他の部分が残念に感じました。"

"サイトをあまり読まなかったから知らなかったのかもしれないけれど、無料の数量限定・時間制限有りの地元の日本酒やカレーや「内緒の夜食(早い者勝ち)」や、日本酒コーナーには乾き物のおつまみもあったりして感心しました。選べる枕もあったり、アメニティもDHCのいいやつだったりで、お値段もお手頃で、また利用したいと思いました。"
