"BOOK THIS HOTEL! Loved our stay and totally worth the 2.5 hour train ride from Osaka. Was able to check in promptly at 3 p.m. and our bags were whisked away to our room. We immediately received our onsen pass and were able to get in a bath before our kaiseki dinner. The next morning we were able to explore more of the public baths and had an amazing breakfast. A staff picked us up at the train station though it’s only a few minutes walk. The dinner and breakfast are the best I’ve ever had in Japan. The property is spacious and clean. "After a few hectic days in Kyoto we started to relax on the 2 1/2 hour train ride to Amino. The hotel shuttle picked us up as previously arranged. The hotel has only 8 bedrooms, all with sea views. The staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. The food is excellent; we had the Japanese meals but some western dish are available."
