"Perfect stay from check-in to check-out. Ideal location in the centre of everything, fantastic meals, kind and accommodating staff - especially Kaki. The room was updated and very quiet with a small balcony overlooking the river. The private onsen was particularly enjoyable. Highly recommend. "

Lots of information was given to us about the town and they booked dinner for us at a recommended local restaurant which was also lovely. "Local bus shuttle available to connect with the Ryoken , very warm attentive welcoming from the staff on arrival and during our stay ! Lovely traditional room and dinner / breakfast. No over crowding in the onsen , all amenities available for a comfortable stay."

"This property is a 5/5 for sure, this was a highlight of my trip. Spend a little extra and get the premium suite with the private bath. The staff are all amazing, they are super professional and always helpful. The hotel Onsen is amazing too, its baths + sauna were so relaxing. The danger about staying here is you never want to leave the hotel. "

"The Ryokan is on the main street of Kinosaki -onsen, with great view and easy access to all the public bathhouses. The customer services were really good. They also provide good dinner and breakfast there. And I appreciated that they allowed me to store my luggages even after checkout."

"We had a nice stay in one of the deluxe Japanese rooms. It was a treat for us and we felt well taken care of. We chose the half board option and the food and service felt special. The accommodation is just off the main strip but still very close. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. I would have liked to choose between an upper floor or lower floor as I pictured having a garden attached to our open air bath (I am probably being unrealistic so this is on me!), but it was still very lovely!"

"Unfortunately there was only green tea and no coffee in the rooms, however, the chef sells coffee during breakfast for 100 yen which was nice to have. "
