"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"It did not satisfy us at all. We left after 4 hours and did not stay the night as we didn’t feel comfortable to. it was a very tiny place compared to the pictures. The toilet seat was yellow, and there was no evidence of the place being cleaned. It was very dusty and the oven had a dirty pan in there. It looked like food had been cooked on it and not washed. There was no cutlery or anything the microwave seemed broken. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows very light. The cover felt like...

"Overall a good stay. Stayed a week for business reasons and wanted to have a kitchen for convenience. Fridge, stove and microwave worked fine, and there was equipment for most things, though I cleaned everything before using it cause it didn't look very clean. Only a sponge to do dishes with though, no dishbrush, which was a bit inconvenient. Bed was extremely comfortable. Smart TV not the highest image quality but worked fine, comfortable couch (flat 2). "We chose this location due to its proximity to Rubys where I was holding my 60th birthday party.The check in process was an absolute nightmare! You had to collect keys from a busy newsagent which was a 25 minute walk from the property with luggage! The owner of the newsagent was rude and very uncooperative he said the code given was wrong and totally ignored me whilst he served other customers. It took me over 30 minutes to finally get the keys after 3 separate codes. We had a taxi outside...

"The property is amazing, perfectly clean and perfect in every way. It is just as advertised luxurious, every roomy with amazing big rooms finishes to a very high standard. Every room is perfect and very luxurious and big. It is in a perfect location as we'll to city center a very close walk 5 minutes. Everything you need is right there. The best property i have stayed in ever and doubt i will find better. And a perfect host who replies to questions very quickly. Simply the best."
