"Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

"We had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days."

"It is not used to use the same towels during the stay and a bit remote from city center. The room is too small for two person and the ceiling is low for tall guy. The advantages are quite, safe and close to supermarket."

"No inner springs left in the mattress, certainly was not 17m2. Very few appliances to cook with, needs a microwave as everything you buy can only be heated with a microwave, but wouldn’t know where to put it as the apartment was too small…."

"The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. "

The kitchen was fully stocked and we welcomed the added extras. The living area was compact yet efficiently designed. "I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...
