"I arrived at 8pm to find out there was a problem with my room's door lock and the door wouldn't close. I was ready to start trawling hotels for a last minute room but the lovely lady who acts as agent for the owner, pointed out to the owner that the main house, which sits in the same plot, was available for a couple of days, and so they gave me a large family house for a couple of days. I stay in Waterlooville regularly for business and will definitely stay again. "

There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "We had an excellent stay. The company were very communicative, helpful and on hand for any queries i had. One day we had a leaking boiler and within hours it was sorted. A special Thank you to Hannah who was helpful, professional and nothing was ever too much. "property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

"The apartment was fantastic. Like a hotel with stunning view. The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the welcome basket which is much appreciated after a day of travelling. Beds very comfortable. We stayed in this block a couple of years ago and I would never tire of the sea view."

"Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. "
