"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. "We chose this location due to its proximity to Rubys where I was holding my 60th birthday party.The check in process was an absolute nightmare! You had to collect keys from a busy newsagent which was a 25 minute walk from the property with luggage! The owner of the newsagent was rude and very uncooperative he said the code given was wrong and totally ignored me whilst he served other customers. It took me over 30 minutes to finally get the keys after 3 separate codes. We had a taxi outside...
