"Not like the picture advertised the rom was smelly, bed linen was no iron and there was poor lighting in the bathroom.I was in and out didn't stay there and would not recommend this room to anyone.Very disappointed."

"Communication after booking with Vrbo was awful. Heard nothing from Vrbo when I called they told me that the property manager did not use the Vrbo system for communicating with the customer. Spoke with letting agent but access documentation didn't arrive till the day before we were due to start our journey so no time for pre-planning. The property was spacious. When we arrived all heating was turned off and there was nothing explaining how to get it working. We discovered that the boiler was...

"Our family of 11 people stayed here for a couple nights before we took a cruise leaving from Southampton. There is efficient public transportation. The house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The view was beautiful. There was plenty of seating to accommodate all of us. We'd love to stay here again if we're ever back in the London area"

"This 5 bedroom property was perfect for our needs. All the rooms are spacious. The open plan kitchen with the pool table is a great idea. Only thing we found a small issue is the floors could do with a scrub not just a mop over. But that wouldn't stop us staying again."
